Healthy Gift Guide 2021
This picture is me back in Cali in 2011 researching healthy products, and I haven’t stopped since. …(Like literally have not stopped).
I say I’m going to do a gift guide every year and never get the chance, but I started early this year so I can bring you a few of my favorite holiday ideas for health-conscious, eco-centric, biohacking, organic lifestyle-seeking family, friends, and kiddos. Criteria? Every product we use in our household on a daily basis.

1.Bluelight Blockers (for adults and kids)
Studying or working after dark? No problem. Designed and assembled in California, these blue light blockers provide superior protection both daytime and nighttime. I am wary of all bath, hair, and skincare products since anything that is absorbed through the skin, directly enters the bloodstream (yes even those pretty colors). 4. Perfect Bars
The best little stocking stuffers! (Then toss in the fridge). Can serve as an emergency meal when on the go. Our favorite is the peanut butter chocolate chip. Kid sizes also available.
My new favorite nightcap. OMG. With ashwagandha, camomile flowers, lavender buds, reishi, and passionflower with the slightest hint of vanilla, I have been sleeping like a baby. Just blend with warm milk of choice.

My bible. This book has served as the most beautiful landing pad when I’ve needed some clarity this year. It offers such innate wisdom into the spiritual world but in bite-sized pieces. I recommend this book when you’re balanced & happy, when you’re feeling a bit lost, and everywhere in between.

9. Pique tea
