Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

I secretly can’t wait until at least September 1st to start making this smoothie. The star of course, is pumpkin so I decided to “up” the amount from what my old smoothie recipes used to be. The addition of the almond butter adds a great healthy fat and a nice creaminess. And dun, dun DUN………SP Complete powder now comes in delicious vanilla, so I no longer have to add vanilla protein powder just for the taste. Bravo to Standard Process for this new addition. Now we  can all enjoy a full day’s worth of nutritional potency in just a few scoops. So great for kids too!

Below is another super fast cooking demo with the recipe underneath. Don’t forget to share!

RECIPE
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 cup pumpkin puree
4 scoops Vanilla SP Complete Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1.5 cup almond milk

Blend all ingredients into Vitamix or high power blender.

Enjoy!
