Immune System Booster Tea

This recipe is adapted from my amazing whole food supplement company, Standard Process! You can also substitute cayenne pepper for the chili pepper. This tea will encourage a mild rise in body temperature and induce a bit of sweating. Just go with it! 

Ingredients:
*Juice of 1 lemon
*1-2 cloves garlic crushed or finely chopped
*1 tsp finely chopped or grated fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp dried)
*pinch of chili powder or a little chopped fresh chili

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a mug and add boiling water. Let fuse for about 10 minutes.
