Healthy Frappuchino Energy Shake

Is there such a thing as a healthy frappuchino? Yep there is, and this one is actually nutritious!

If you need a pick-me-up before heading out to the gym or yoga class and don't want the 400 calorie sugar & caffeine- induced dessert beverage from a coffee shop, try this! Once again, every single ingredient is functional in the body in some way! This one gets a yogic gold star for hormone balancing, energy, and sex drive!

2 ice cubes
½ frozen banana
2 scoops SP Complete Chocolate
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1 Tbsp Maca powder
1 Tbsp coconut oil
few pinches stevia (optional)
small pinch sea salt
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or water to liquify

Add ingredients into Vitamix or blender in order listed.
*Optional to add 2 scoops protein powder (for this one, I use Tera’s whey coffee flavor)
