One of my favorite shakes to make for a quick snack and energy boost. This cherry, chocolatey packed Black Forest Protein Smoothie is chock full of.....yep protein and healthy fats, with a spotlight on our superfood ....the cherry. Check out the speedy video demo here!
1 cup organic cherries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 of a banana
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 scoops SP complete whole food powder
1.5 cups cashew or almond milk
1-2 ice cubes
Blend ingredients in a vitamix or high power blender.
