What this soup can do for you
Ever just want to undo the weekend and start fresh by eating something clean, nourishing, and delicious? This is the go-to soup that accomplishes just that. It literally takes ten minutes to prep and then you can forget about it for a few hours. Begin your week with some hydrating, detoxifying, immunity protecting, and energy boosting madness!
You can use whatever veggies or herbs you have on hand or leftover from the week.
Soup for you!
1 head cabbage
1 large onion diced
1 cup fresh herbs, chopped (i used parsley and thyme)
10 cloves raw garlic minced
32 oz organic vegetable stock
1 Tbsp orange zest
pinch sea salt & pepper
Put all items in slow cooker in order listed and toss together. Set cooker on 4-6 hour setting.
