I'm so excited about this snack because it's easy, nutritious, and tastes delightful! I usually have one before I take Willie for a run on the beach, or as a quick pick-me-up before a yoga class if I don't want to have a full stomach. Ready, set, GO!
1. Grab an organic apple, wash it, and cut it into slices
2. Spread with about 2 tsps of coconut oil.
3. Sprinkle the whole thing with cinammon!
The sweetness from the apple brings out the flavor in the cinammon and the coconut oil will provide energy, and keep you feeling satiated for a long time! Great for sweet cravings, and totally approved if you're doing the cleanse!
