Grab a few large handfuls of any kind..Kale, collards, swiss chard, spinach, or whatever u like! Rinse well. Take stems off if you wish, saute w/ 1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil for 5 min, and finish w a touch of sea salt and crushed red pepper! PS. Spinach will cook even quicker, so stick around the stove to be sure they keep that bright green color!
