Easiest Lemon Chicken you’ll ever make

Looking for a quick weeknight meal? Do you also happen to love chicken strips? Well you’ve come to the right place. Foods that look rich definitely don’t have to be unhealthy. It’s all about using the right ingredients. For this recipe I used organic chicken and really good olive oil. The quick video below shows you exactly what I did and it came out delicious. You’ll quickly see why it’s the easiest lemon chicken you’ll ever make.

Easiest Lemon Chicken You’ll Ever Make
2 lbs organic chicken strips (or breasts cut into strips)
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup dijon mustard
1 cup gluten free bread crumbs
1 lemon thinly sliced
sea salt & freshly ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375. Arrange chicken onto 9×13 baking dish or casserole pan and season with salt & pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and spread on the mustard. Sprinkle on the bread crumbs and place lemon slices throughout.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake abut 30 minutes. Serve with grain and a nice green veggie.
