Black Forest Protein Smoothie

 This Black Forest Protein Shake has everything you’d want in a smoothie. It’s full of healthy fats, protein, and superfoods and totally delicious.

One of my favorite shakes to make for a quick snack and energy boost. This cherry, chocolatey packed Black Forest Protein Smoothie is chock full of…..yep protein and healthy fats, with a spotlight on our superfood ….the cherry.  Check out the speedy video demo here!

Recipe

1 cup organic cherries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 of a banana
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 scoops SP complete whole food powder
1.5 cups cashew or almond milk
1-2 ice cubes

Blend ingredients in a vitamix or high power blender.

Enjoy!
