Yogi Superfood granola

High in fiber, magnesium, and omega 3 fats, with the added benefits of energy-boosting coconut oil, this is one of my favorite go-to snacks that holds me over a long time and curbs sugar cravings. I like to separate these into large handfuls of about 1/2 cup each, and bring them with me to work, yoga, a long drive, shopping, or wherever I find myself that day.

*For breakfast, try about ¼ cup of this in some plain Greek yogurt!

The Goods:
.5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (today I used the mayan blend by earnest eats w a hint of cocao) if you’re gluten free, sub with gluten-free oats
