Raspberry Lime Protein Shake

My new favorite protein shake before a workout! It’s cool, refreshing, and holds me over for a long time.
1 cup frozen organic raspberries
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 scoops protein powder ( I used Tera’s whey Acai flavor. delicious!)
2 scoops Whole food shake mix (your nutritional insurance)
½ of a fresh squeezed lime
small handful fresh mint or parsley
water to liquify (I used citrus-infused water from my pitcher)

Add ingredients to blender in order listed. Blend until smooth. Feel free to add more or less water depending on consistency you like.
This makes 2 servings so you can pour half in a glass and the other store in fridge for later. Perfect if you’re on the purification program!
