Savory Cauliflower mash

Rinse 2 heads of cauliflower, and steam using a colander or steam basket for 15-20 minutes or until soft enough to mash. (florets 5-10 min). Then guess what’s next. Yep, mash with a fork or any electric appliance until desired consistancy.  Add 1 tbsp of grass fed butter, a dash each of white pepper, parsley flakes,  & garlic powder (or fresh garlic if you’re feelin bold). Serve as you would mashed potatoes!
