What you’ll eat

This time, there are no excuses! Because this program is designed to strip & revitalize rather than identify food sensitivities (if that’s your intention, hop over to the 21 day cleanse page), I’ve allowed a few extra goodies, (ie 1 cup of clean, organic (or bulletproof) coffee, small amounts of organic dairy products, and yes, you can have meat so long as it’s clean.  For the most part, the plan will consist of:

*Lots of colorful veggies of all shapes and sizes
*Small amounts of fresh or frozen organic fruits, raw nuts & seeds,
*Lean proteins, (wild fish, organic poultry, grass fed beef)
*Some organic dairy & eggs
*Healthy fats, (grass fed butter, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado)
*Superfoods (maca, raw cacao (chocolate), goji berries, ground flaxseeds, chiaseeds etc)
*Limited grains & legumes (quinoa, millet, buckwheat, lentils)
*Filtered (or spa) water 8-10 glasses per day
*Morning lemon water to boost & alkalize the body
*Fat burning bulletproof coffee  (if advised)

Slow cooker detox soup (easy prep)
